This conviction, carried forward from Dr. George Leslie MacKay, is not only embedded in our university’s history and educational philosophy, but is also being put into practice through the actions of our faculty and students. Step by step, this spirit is reaching communities, campuses, and everyday life along Taiwan’s northern coast.
